morning
2 liters of full cream milk

lunch
3 servings of rice
3 fried eggs
2 steamed meat
a plate of green mangoe with fried shrimp paste as its sidedish(yummy)
half a cartoon of fruit juice
1 can of tuna
and some amino acid 6000 pills

snack
more green mangoe and fried shrimp paste
then sleep

dinner
2servings of rice
1 piece chicken
some more green mangoes and fried shrimp paste
and some amino acid 6000 pills.

will edit for night snack

i had work today so no milk and I always eat breakfast at work due to time constrains and all...and i always eat this at work

2 cups of rice
2 giant ass piece of golden deep fried chicken..yummy!
2 350 ml soya milk and damn are they good
some amino acid 6000 caps

lunch
1 cup of rice
1 giant piece of chicken
1 350 ml soya milk

snacks
green mangoes because that's the last I will ever see them this week

dinner
3 servings of rice
4 fried eggs
a side dish of whole kernel corn in heavy ass cheese
sauteed meat or something of a meat
some amino acid 6000 caps
a fruit juice

and prolly 2 liters of milk later before sleeping. woot!

i have no work today and woke up late and had late breakfast and all

6 cheeseburger
some amino caps

no lunch

snack
some milk

dinner
large servings of rice..prolly 4-5 servings
1 piece of fried meat
2 fried eggs
1/4 bowl of whole kernel corns with cheese
half a bottle of fruitjuice
amino acid 6000 capsules
centrum
vitamin c

note: I forgot to add that I take vitamins like centrum, vit c, vit a and b during breakfast and dinner.

now chugging down on a liter of nonfat milk because i'm out of them full cream ones. eat eat eat like no tomorrow!

give me credit...i'm kind of budget tight right now. having hard time keeping up with the whole 7-8 meals per day

after the fasting, i feel awful. didn't want to eat much

I noticed I am eating too much nice. will try to replace rice with potato and concentrate on chicken/potato combo and milk/soya

i'm thinking about what to eat for my night snack 2...i can't go milk since I just ate green mangoes..maybe 4 boiled eggs maybe....I dunno..i'll see what i can cook up and as usual..edit it here
 
I'm not sure if you mind other people commenting.....you can delete this post if you must.

You're obviously bulking right now......but even when bulking I think you need more vegetables. Spinach, broccoli, etc at every meal and snack. And I personally don't think you are eating too much rice. I can't stand oatmeal so rice and ezekiel bread it is!!! Rice cakes sometimes too.

This is quite the diet! I've never had green mango in my life!

How much cals per day?
 
I honestly don't know how much cal I am taking because I never count them or anything. I just keep myself full and stacked for the entire day. so it's like
