any suggestions

hey wuzzup yall. i am returning to the bodybuilding seen. well i just started back working out about 7 or eight weeks ago. i have made some unbelievable gains without any gear. i weigh about 253lbs at 5'9 (with abs and a little fat). 8 weeks ago i was about 215-220lbs. thats awesome and all, but i think im ready to take it to the next level. i used mostly enanthate in the past. i havent used since december of 2000 (pellets and oil mixture) . funny thing is im heavier now. maybe the shit was fake.

i would like to compete in the near future.. i dont want to waste these genetics. its just so expensive to get huge and look good.

Question: What would you guys recommend for my first cycle. i want size.

i havent used much and i have above average genes. no (5 ad, 1000mg cyp ect). modesty please. thanx
 
First off......Welcome to the board bro !!

My standard first cycle recommendation is 400-500 mg Test Enanthate or Cypionate for 8-10 weeks.
 
right on fellas. ima go with 400mgs of enanthate a week. i will keep you informed.
also im going to try to get some pics in the next few weeks so i can get opinions on what i need to work on. thanks
 
Hold on a second... you put on 33 lbs in 8 weeks and just a little body fat and abs showing?? No offence bro but that is just too much for me to believe...............

dude i am not a bullshitter. i am not a person that brags neither. i am not lying. this comment will motivate me to get take some pictures quickly. i can't make you believe me, but i aint no bullshitter.

my backgroud
started training in april 1997 and weighed 170 (20 years old). i started eating more and taking creatine, but not enough protein. at the end of november of the same year i weighed 217lbs (with abs and juice free). i peaked at 237 in summer 1998.

in september of 1998 i started my first cycle. it was test enanthate. i only gained about 5lbs because i was ignorant and was consuming about 200 grams of protien a day.

well anyway, in august of 1999 i was about 260lbs i believed i was on enanthate at the time. i added 1 Ad/ day to my cycle and increased my protein. i thought i was on the road to kicking some as on stage soon at the Caveman Classic.

unfortunately i was still somewhat of a dumbass. i injected 1000mg of test (400mg/week prior) in addition to the 1 AD and a few nights after the injection i went out DRINKING(dummy). yall it felt like the right side of my stomach balled into a not. i think i went into convulsions or something. i dont know if a hater spiked my drink or what. i woke up in the hospital the next morning. maybe too much info, but i want you too know where im coming from. i put on over 30 lbs in less than 2 months. i am very gifted as far as GENES not jeans. jeans dont fit right.

i just hope being a member on this forum can help me put it all together. i just need the know how and some extra motivation. sorry for the long post.:)

At 5'9", 253. You're a freak already. Use the smallest amount of drugs you can to get consistant growth and milk it for all it's worth. Take this seriously from the man with the WORST genetics in bodybuilding history!!
