Anyone here use Layne Nortons approach to diet in regards to leucine/bcaa?

The ppt is here:Optimal Protein Intake And Meal Frequency To Support Maximal Protei...
There's an actual .pdf study if anyone wants it I can post.

Thinking about giving it a try. For anyone that hasn't heard of it, he recommends 3 meals a day with ~3-4g leucine in between with ~20-30g carbs to illicit an insulin response to help the leucine. It's getting touted by certain reps on a certain forum (no name calling please so thread doesn't get closed, the reps aren't here thank god). Wondering if anyone here has any experience using this protocol and if it's working? So the set-up would be like:

Leucine/Carbs?
Meal 1
Leucine/Carbs
Meal 2
Leucine/Carbs
Meal 3
Leucine/Carbs?

Not sure on the first/last one, just thinking about it. Also there is 4-6 hrs between each meal and the mix is taken between each meal.

Anyone ever use it? Been carb cycling for awhile and love it; minus the holidays :insane2: it's working awsome. Just looking at this to switch it up a little.
