Anyone know a quick way to drop weight?

Ive been going to the gym im finishing a cycle of clen t3 id like to jump start weight loss anyone have any idea of a diet plan to help?
 
Meal 1:
2 scoops whey protein
15 raw almonds
3,000 mg fish oil
1,300 mg evening primrose oil
meal 2:
6 oz. Chicken (measured after cooking)
1 cup green beans or broccoli (optional)
meal 3:
2 scoops whey protein
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 cup green beans or broccoli (optional)
meal 4:
6 oz. Chicken
1 cup green beans or broccoli (optional)
meal 5:
6 oz. Chicken
15 raw almonds
1 cup green beans or broccoli (optional)
meal 6:
2 scoops whey protein
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 cup green beans or broccoli (optional)
 
*** feel free to use zero calorie condiments like: Butter spray, mustard, salt, etc…***

*** you may use crystal light in your water if you would like***
 
*** once per week have an additional 500 calories added to meal 6. It can consist of whatever you want***

At your current stats i dont think theres any need to turn to drugs or go on some drastic contest prep diet. Those are for people trying to get the last bit of bodyfat off because the body really fights you at that point. Just eat lots of lean protein, go moderate on the complex carbs and make sure you get your good omega 3 and 6 fats. Other than that just stay away from refined foods and stuff with added sugar and eat some veggies.
 
chuck some ephadrine catheine and asprin down your throat and eat clean! trust me you will get cut up like fuck!
 
Not sure how you expect to "jump start" weight loss AFTER coming off t3? Usually there's a small rebound if anything.

If you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight. Burn them one way or another.
