Im going to use some DNP soon.
I do not want to lose any muscle.
I imagine it would be impossible to gain muscle and lose a decent amount of fat at the same time. I am currently on a test + tren cycle, I have increased strength a lot and gained a lot of lean tissue, received tons of compliments on how much fat has been lost, and lots of compliments from others on how much muscle has been gained.
The fat loss has slowed down a lot now though. Strength and muscle gains are continuing.
But I feel I need to lose another 20 lbs of fat to be considered a healthy weight. I am 6'2" and 245lbs. but very large boned.
Should I start the dnp while still on this cycle to prevent muscle loss? Or finish the cycle to gain as much muscle as possible without cutting calories, and start the DNP once the cycle is done? I AM on TRT. so by cycle over I mean stopping the tren, and cutting the test dosage back to 250mg a week.
get down as lean as you can before running dnp. up your cardio, cut your carbs/cals and dont rely on dnp to take care of twenty lbs. dont run dnp with other gear, you'll be wasting the other gear because i dont see a way you could possibly build muscle on dnp. dnp may or may not be catabolic, but in no way could it aid in preventing catabolism. you should wait till your cycle is done, run pct, then try to naturally cut for a couple months, then think about dnp, after you've researched the hell out of it. and take it slow if and when you do start, its not a compound you want to rush.
