Welcome everyone to my success story. Here is a little bit about me... I tried a cycle two years ago, and got myself into the gym. I got strong really fast, and I lost about 30 lbs. I got down to 260 at 27% body fat which made me look great. (for me) I have a very large frame. Since then I fell off the map, and had no energy for anything. I finally got my T checked about 6 weeks ago and I had levels at 135. So I went on TRT.

I have been in the gym everyday since, and I do cardio on the off days. I am 6' currently 303, and I am ready. I am strong again, and I feel energetic already but I know I need to drop at least 75 to get to where I need to be.
I have been studying everything really diligently, and my knowledge has increased significantly. I have also taken some nutrition courses in college as electives. I somewhat understand how bodybuilders watch their body to see how they react to protein, carbs and insulin. My goal is to get down to single digit BF but I know I have a long way to go.

I have built enough muscle, and made enough small changes that I feel I am ready for a program. I know there are some great people on here for that, but currently money is an issue. I can stick to a plan that I make for myself and repeat it day after day at this point. Like I said I read on nutrition for the past month nearly every min that I can spare. here is my food plan

Breakfast:
6 egg whites
2 scoops muscle milk with banana

Mid Morning
1 Chicken breast
1 Cup of broccoli

Lunch
1 Chicken Breast Mixed with
1 Cup of Salad
1 Fruit
2 Scoops of Muscle Milk

Mid Afternoon
1 Cup Greek Yogurt

Dinner
8 oz Chicken, Turkey or Lean Meat
1 cup of something Green Mixed with non Calorie butter

Snack
4 egg whites

Now I know that protein powder is high calorie but I think this would put me around 2300 Calories. I do at least 30 mins of cadio everyday and I plan to tweak this after 12 weeks. I will of course be taking my 160 mg of test by my Dr plus a 200mg shot of cyp weekly that I have laying around.

I will of course edit this diet at 12 weeks to try to cut my calories down to around 1700 for my cutting phase to get down further.

I was flipping through an old friends exercise physiology book, and this one chapter heading really stood out. "Fat burns in a carbohydrate flame".

I don't do well on less than 100 g carbs.

OP, shoot for 2-3 lbs week weight loss. As your waistline comes down, you'll prolly find that 1.5-2 lbs will be the norm. Think of it more as a lifestyle change than a diet. Diets come and go, but lifestyle is sustained change on how we eat, but more importantly why we eat.

Be patient bro and maybe think about a cheat meal after every 5 or 10 lbs lost. Log your journey to keep yourself accountable

Oh I will. I watched a documentary called, I want to be like that guy. I based my plan off of it, and I am good if I eat the same things everyday. I'm doing a low carb tomorrow just to see how my body responds. Plus I need to ease myself into this diet. Mentally, I am ready.

That last snack, make it a Casein Shake or Cottage Cheese instead of Egg Whites and eat it right before going to brush your teeth to go to bed at night. 40g of protein from either source.

You want a slow digesting protein before bed to help prevent muscle wasting during rest.

Ok, thanks. I stuck to it today. My stomach feels like it is burning and I did no sit ups today. I had 50 carbs according to my calculations. I felt like I are a lot of food. There were times I didn't feel hungry and I made sure I ate.

I got measured today, and I am 32% body fat. I find that amazing since I am 6 foot 305lbs. How could I be 32% body fat at that size? That means at 205 I would be like 2% bf? Lol
