Set a schedule from the time you get up to the time you go to bed, then stick with that schedule. It sounds like you're eating fairly clean. Try to keep your meals spaced out every two to three hours. This will help you keep fat burning even with a large calorie intake. The only problem with eating anything that comes your way is, like ecke70 said, your gonna pick up fat, and chances are a good bit of it. Basic guideines to follow for growing is going to be:
-2 - 3 grams protein per lb. body weight
-Clean carbs such as potatoes, whole grain pasta, etc. Try staying away from sugary carb foods such as corn, soda and candy (obviously) etc.
-Healthy fats, omega 369's etc.
-Depending on your body weight will help determine how many calories/day you'll want to eat. If your sitting around 180lbs your going to bulk at as little as 3200 calories. If your sitting around 260lbs your going to bulk at as little as 5000 calories. Your workout routine and body weight are going to play a huge factor in calorie intake. This is the variable where your going to determine how much fat compaired to muscle mass you'll put on. Sure, you could eat 8000 calories a day and do nothing, you'll bulk crazy but it's gonna be all fat. Toy around with it a little bit. Also, research this topic either on a valid internet source or at the library. Look for valid dietician books/sites that are geared towards bodybuilding. The forums are a great place of general knowledge and personal experience, but your going to need to hit up the other sources if you want to fine tune your plan.
