I just wanted to let you guys know about something that has helped me alot. It's,an app called my fitness pal. Actaully a diet app. But it is a great calorie counter to make sure you are, eating enough. Allows you to scan food and set servings. Keeps track of nutrients too. Has helped me, make sure I'm.eating 4000 plus calories a day. Its free. Also keeps track of, protein which is, helpful.
