i find the "congenital " excuse hard to believe.
If it was congenital why would he leave the surgery until his 50s and not do it before when a severe surgery has more possibilities to cure the problem and avoid the risk in his everyday life ?
Was this his first time he found out ? I doubt it.

I think a lot of heart problems can't be fixed until they get to be a problem. A "valve problem" is usually caused by something, heredity just makes some people more prone and doesn't gurantee anything. Besides, heart surgery is risky. Few people die from it but a lot of people can't ever do heavy labor afterwards. Most doctors will tell patients in with problems to come in for regular checkups and hold off on surgery as long as possible.

Yeah dbol was the "breakfast of champions", the stuff they sold in the 60's and 70's was a lot better and more powerful than the shit we get today though.
