Hey all! I got the idea to post this after i read over aProtege's thread on quick and travel-efficient meals. I've heard tons of people say they put oatmeal in their shakes, but it's definitely not easy to drink. next time try baby oatmeal, granola or rice cereal. its colloidal (ground into a powder) so it mixes instantly. post up if you've tried this already and had good results with it. i'd also like to see if anyone has been toughing it out gaggin down whole oats lol...
