I've got a couple questions on these.

1) Where are you supposed to pull the bar up to?

-Your lower abs (the waist)
-between the lower and upper abs
-upper abs
-almost to your chest

2) When using overhand grip was is the correct position of the arms when pulling up?

-keep the arms close to you (like a close grip bench pres)
-hold the arms at a 90 degree angle (basically like a bench press)

That second question, basically I want to know if your elbows should be kept close to your body or flared out like in a barbell bench press.

SO when pulling up your elbows should stay inline with your shoulders? so like a close grip bench press type of movement then?

Most of my rows i do dynamically off the floor now. I pull them where they go. I don't really pay attention. For those of you that stand up and do them, it is probably going to depend to some degree on how far bent over you are. I don't think i could touch real low if i am parallel to the floor.

I was thinking the same thing, I touch a littler higher but bend more than most people. Half the guys i see doing bent over rows are prettymuch standing straight up and moving the bar about 3 inches :)
