Nope, this will be first time. Starting at 25mcg and going from there. Havent decided if Im going to run 2 week on 2 weeks off or just run for 6 weeks...most likely 6 weeks with keto
 
I just feel like logs actually benefit the comunity. Granted, noone ever fucking replies LOL, but judging by all the views, some people must be getting something out of them.

Had to take 6 months off, been back at it for 2 months or so. New job, rotating shift work, need to keep my self motivated. haven't touched PH's or anything in months.

Ive been trying not to get hurt haven't maxed lately.

190lbs
Bench: 315x6
Deads: 500x6
Squats: 405x6

Before I took time off I benched 425x1, dead 585x3, due to running 6 miles a day didn't squat. Would like to get back to those numbers.
 
Back, deads up to 495x4

Chest, 285x6

Squats- 405x6

Weight- 194

Want to lose some fat and gain some strength. Starting epi for 6 weeks
