since this is a mixed martial arts thread, I want to share with everyone the cardio workouts I have been doing all this time and it really helps with one's gpp.

so for anyone who wants it, here's the link! I didn't include the instruction vid due to file size. may add it tomorrow or some other time.

for those who can't use sendspace, which I think everyone can, please tell me so that I may upload it elsewhere. thanks

AM - What would help you is start working the circles. You need to see the opponent and learn to work 'around' them. when shadow boxing as such, you need to picture you actually fighting someone. see their punches, your blocks and execute your counters.

And work the circles...don't fight straight up, you'll be put to the floor pretty quick. Make you opponent turn into your elbows, you'll be surprised how quick a properly executed elbow will lay someone out.

sorry to hear, reap. i'll upload it tom for you.

aztech: thank you for the advice! i really need it since i don't train in mma gym anymore.

np. I never did "mma" but four years of karate with a good bit of grappling work. We didn't spend a lot of time breaking boards and playing with sticks...more kumite

Not like a few games that have a partial choice of shifts and skills needed, MMA training needed a full body routine.
Basics begin with muscle building and power enhancing moves.
