beef to bulk and miami cuts

Has anyone tried vacio to bulk up it works for me great to add size and brutal strength it sells in miami at publix for 8 for two servings approx its good
I also try the flat steak I get two large but flat cuts for 4 bucks and its relatively good
What do you guys think

Haven't tried using vacio for bulking but i do eat it every now and then lol..
ive been eating bubba burgers to bulk to up. The green box which is reduced fat. Thats been working for me.

all though, i do need something leaner so i might try that for next week.
