Beginners Guide?

Im 155Ilb, 31 waist, 5'9 tall 21y.o male. I work out 4 times a week for the past year and i havent seen any results. Would it be possible to get tips for a beginner on taking oral steroids?

update: ok, reading more and more, i would feel more confident with better supplements. can someone recommend key supplements that will help boost muscle mass faster?

ive been through quite a few diets, mostly given by trainers that ive had throughout. I was reffered to steroids by a co worker that was in my position. I am still on a strict diet to this day, i would just like the extra boost to bulk up, than to continue spending money on diets, trainers, and supplements that dont provide results.
 
I have to agree with the first response. If you can't get *any* results naturally, there is no good reason to think steroids will give you results. They help, but the fundamentals have to be in place first.
