I KNOW GEAR ISN'T A MAGIC BULLET... I have been dedicated to training my leap for the past 6 years and I've successfully completed numerous plyometric programs, jumpsoles, air-alert, I have all the best trainng equipment and am very familiar with PROPER TRAINING and dieting. Over the years I have added over 12 inches to my standing vertical leap. My vertical leap is currently at 38 inches... So thank you for trying to be helpful but I would prefer some advice from someone who actually wants to help answer my questions and not patronize me. I already have Test E, Eq and Anavar (var) on hand and would simply like to know what would help achieve my goals best.. From what I've researched, I know that test alone would help a great deal, but if Eq or Anavar (var) could be beneficial as well, I would put them to use. I just don't know what dosages would be sufficient.
