best diuretic over counter

whats the best diuretic I could take that I could get over the counter?i wana loose as much water as possible and be as dry as hell thx

I keep a large pitcher of hibiscus leaf juice in my fridge at all times. Natures Kool aid

That and i also add alot of ginger to my asian meals that i eat along with half a dozen cups of coffee per day to keep it all real.
