Best eye cream?

Hello,

Can anybody help with recommending a good eye cream? No dark circles of puffiness - just has to deal with the lines!! I have been using a clarins one for some time and want a change but it needs to be of the budget variety in these recessionary times!!

I actually like using Nivea under the eyes. I know some think it is too oily but it works well for me.

I've heard Garnier and Oil of Olay carry quality creams at reasoable prices.

its actually made for a guys so what? I love it! Its call Lab Series.

I know Im a weirdo but, its the only thing that Ive ever found that doesnt irritate my skin.

you are gonna think Im nuts but I started using a product called scar zone to get rid of a tiny scar however the scar faded but I had a whole big tube so I started putting it under my eyes and face. My skin has never looked better!!!!! Its called scar zone and sold on ebay. Its great!

I've tried them ALL, nothing works for me better than those liquid ice face masks you can buy at the pharmacy.

I've used so many eye creams and the only one that has made a difference is one from phskincare, I got it from here phskincare.com/skin-care-products/reparative-eye-complex/

I've also used sweet almond oil with great success
