Oh, you were probably asking about ground beef. I don't know because I'm too cheap to buy the premade patties. The lower the fat, the higher the protein. Of course, the fat does tend to make 'em taste better and cook better. Much of the fat cooks out, too.
I do tire of making hamburger patties. Been thinking about getting some type of pattie maker. Anyone have any experience with something that will do said?
