I've only recently decided I would like to get a better physique, I'm fairly fit already.. I'm considering AAS's as a f**k-off sized boost..
Anyways before I drift off from my actual question.. What is the best way for protein intake?
I'm talking liquid or solid..
I was looking for foods/liquids high in protein and milk has 3.6g (there abouts) per 100ml... imagine drinking 2 litres (near 4pints worth) it would give you round about 72grammes of protein. But this seems to be too good to be true.. would I need to drink it with a meal to help with the enzyme action?
Apologies if this does sound like a silly question, also does the same apply to raw eggs??
