bicep injection

I usually flex my bicep and get it pumped a little so I can see the veins first. Try 1 cc to start. What are you planning on shooting in them?

I hit a bicep nerve on Sat and just today it feels normal. It felt exactly like a blow from a ball peen hammer for 3 days

bi injections are my fav. There easy and no pain. I remember the first few with prop, holy shit that hurt.

Bis are fun. I would heat the oil a bit, the easiest place to go, and where i notice the most cosmetic affect is, flex your bi, find the peak, relax, inject there. Make sure to aspirate. I like to do 50 reps of 5lbs curls to get blood pumping to spread the oil a bit, then I flex it hard for 20 seconds. I never knot up when i do this.

I love bi inj. I do 1cc in each bi twice a week, I do find nerves like bronco said, but the pain don't last long.

Bi's are great. There are 2 heads, the lateral and the medial, and you can do 'em both. Medial head tends to hurt a tad more than the lateral. Go mid-point, away from elbow and shoulder. I like 1" 25 for these. No more than 2cc for me.

I am glad someone asked this because I am planning to try Fina in my bis in a couple of weeks. I am gonna start with 1 cc at a time

i go very slow putting it in. i think i get real close to a nerve but dont actuialy hit it becasue i dont get a lasting pain like you guys, my whole bicep just jumps and a momentary sting. so i pull out and stick it back right next to it. no biggie.

Is there a point to doing bicep injections? Isn't it still open for debate as to whether or not bicep injections do any good? What's the medical perspective on this?

it may help with local growth. its also good becasue it adds another 2 injection sites for people shooting ed. its also very easy to do actualy.

I don't do it for local growth. If that occurs, that's icing on the cake. I do it to have more sites to rotate through. If you count both heads, that's four extra sites. Makes a diff on a prop/tren/EQ cycle!!
