Blast & cruise. Pros and cons

Hi comrades,
maybe you will help me to dispel some doubts about Blast & Cruise.
I am 30 years old and I had two mild testosterone only cycles. You may think that I am noob in this game, however I am reading a lot about gear, health, doing my own overview of scientific publications and etc. After 1 year of studying this I agree with conclusion that cycle & PCT concept is false, however way too many people are doing the PCT stuff that I could just start blast/cruise without any doubts.
Can I get some advice from guys who stated B&C? Is there any regret about this decition?
Thanks.

I did it for 18 months, then I did a restart and luckily it (the restart) worked. It is not all it is cracked up to be. You have to monitor everything, the pinning is a pain, and it takes 150mgs test/week just to feel "normal". Its not all it is cracked up to be and is not the road to being constantly jacked, trust me.

Hi Jimi, I remember your old post about your TRT. So why did you come back from the dark side? Was it harder than you thought? And I am thinking about B&C not because it is some easy way for being jacked, but I believe that PCT gives only hormonal roller coaste. As Jason Blaha said: "if you are not dedicated and ready for B&C then you don't neet to touch steroids in the first place".

You adapt to whatever cruise dose you are taking You end up using 200mg test/week just to feel normal. Not alpha, not sense of well being, just normal. You have to monitor everything, lipids, estrogen, prl, pgr etc. Make adjustments. Overall it became aa total pain in the ass and for what? Just to feel like I did when I wasnt taking anything? And the kicker was to look pretty much the same as well? It was not what I expected it would be...at all.
Any ? ask away...

Ok, few questions:
1) what was your protocol for coming back online and how long does it took?
2) Do you took HCG during B&C?
3) What was your main method of controlling lipid profile (no fat diet. or smth.)? Was it successful?

And thanks in advance! :)

1- I essentially did a version of Scally Power PCT. I ran HCG 2000 iu's/week (1000iu's inj 2x/week) for 5 weeks then I did a clomid/nolva pct that lasted 6 weeks. Clomid 70/35/35/35 Nolva 40/20/20/20/20/20
2- Yes I did but when I came off I still blasted it. During my time on (blasting or cruising-doesn't matter which) i took 250iu's-2x/week.
3- Clean Diet, Cardio, & Red Yeast Rice. While I had some impact on my lipids for the most part they were kept in check. So yes, Id say it worked.
While my restart was successful I did drop down about 100pts in my T levels compared to pre B&C. Not horrible but I wish I could go back and never did it.

I can't answer for Jimi, but let me ask you this very simple question: Are you comfortable with injecting the rest of your life? I don't mean as long as you want to B&C, I mean forever. Jimi was lucky; not many can say they have recovered, and the longer you're on, the lower your odds of making said recovery. It's constantly keeping tabs on every facet of your bloodwork, being on top of blood donations, blood tests, and supplementing with ancillaries just to be normal.

This is the inevitable outcome you face if you spend enough time with AAS. Your pituitary gland will shut down for good, and you will be forced into TRT. Even if you no longer are chasing the physique of your dreams, the consequences will remain with you. Just remember that. :)

Thanks guys,
you really changed my mind. At least until I will not be able to recover and I will be forced to go TRT. Or I will be 40 years old :)
Thanks.

One more question about the lipid profile.
Cardio should not directly impact lipid profile, but only overall health. Or am I wrong? Ant what is your concept of clean diet? Because peanut butter or linseed oil are considered as a clean food, however consumption of this product in high amount is not the best way to fight cholesterol. Maybe you remember what was for macros?
Thanks.
