Blast cycle on TRT - How long for prop to leave system? (trt checkup)

Hi Guys

So I'm two weeks into a test prop blast, 100mg EOD and iv got a TRT checkup in about 3 months (end july).

So i was hoping to get another 8-10 weeks out of the cycle, giving me roughly 2 weeks before my trt blood test checkup.

Would two weeks be long enough for most of the prop to be out of my system and not give a high reading?

thanks

yes it should be.. prop has a short half life.. i would give it 20 days to be sure

Thanks, in terms of blood profiles would giving blood two weeks before the test give lower suitable readings? or would that make them too low? maybe go 3 weeks before?

Also my bloods are 'just' in range on TRT so i expect them to be a bit elevated on cycle, can that be a reason to not let you donate blood at all?

thanks

you should only donate blood if you know your hemo will go out of range..

whats your normal trt protocol?

Normal protocol is test e 250 1ml every 10 days (I do 0.5 every 5 days), had my checkup today (blood test just before i started prop) and blood levels are as attached, as you can see the hemo reading is borderline high...

I donated blood and mine was in that range also. Blood donation would be a good idea bud, because it will only get higher.

yeh what I'm thinking, how much higher can it get before they wouldn't let me donate? I don't want to donate now as by the time i finish the cycle in 10 weeks it will probably be higher again...

id like to leave it for 6-8 weeks if possible. Do you have any idea of how quickly it would raise again after?

Once it is above range they will turn you down. At that point you would need a doctors authorization to get blood removed for therapeutic reasons, and you do not want to have to go down that route.

Thanks, do you think i should go soon then? how long would it stay lower after giving it as i won't have time to give again before the checkup as they like 12 weeks between...

Not sure bud. Mine has not gone up too much after I donated, but there are way too many variables involved in hematocrit count for me to give you any answer that is better than a guess. I would guess that it will stay lower for well over 12 weeks. Mine is lower and it has been 16 weeks or so, but I cycle of hormones and you do trt so that is a big variable to consider.

Thanks, theres one in 9 days or 14 days time locally that i could try.

Im not sure if this is relevant, but on the day of my blood test i was a bit dehydrated (early morning) and id had a coffee and not much blood would come out my vein (usually it pores out). Would this make a higher reading as its more concentrated?

Iv also read green tea/ grape fruit can lower it?

Any other opinions? Planned to go to donate blood tomorrow

I can't really prove it but I think hydration has a large effect. I always end up with high HCT on fasted morning draws when I've been guzzling coffee to curb my appetite.
