I'm gonna blast on 300-500mg Test E/per week E3D for 12 weeks. Thinking Dec-Feb after I am finished my cut and reverse diet.
My goal is to put on general mass, but I would like to stay moderately lean (sub ~18% body fat). Stats right now are: 5'7', ~16% bf, 163 lbs (trying to get down to 10% bf before I blast). Eventual goal: 180 lbs at ~10% bf.
Questions...
1. For a FIRST blast, would you suggest a more moderate level of 300mg/week, 400mg/week, or just go for 500mg/week?
2. If I am at a caloric surplus of about 500 CLEAN calories, work out 6 days a week, how much muscle and strength is expected in 12 weeks?
3. Will I be able to keep most of my gains when I taper down to my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose (100 mg/per week)?
