Blood pressure & pulse on clen

Hey, I'm hoping for some constructive feedback here.

I'm a 20-year-old dude who's been active my entire life, never been above 20% body fat, no allergies or illnesses and there's no history of heart problems in my family, on either side. I lift alot and I love it, but I'm trying to get down to a single-number digit bf%, so I got myself some clen. I'm about 5'9" and I weigh ~170 lbs. I took my first dose of clen today@40 mcgs. I was stupid enough to forget measuring my BP prior to taking my dose.

Anyway, I haven't noticed any sides yet, except for perhaps minor shaking (although it might be because I'm starving and I'm kinda cold), and my pulse hasn't increased at all. In fact, my pulse is steady around 50 while at rest. Measured by both a BP monitor and manually. However, my BP is at an average of 142/75 after doing 6-7 measures, and apparently that suggests that I've got a systolic hypertension?

I have never really looked into BP before, but I have checked myself on a monitor both at the docs and at home, and I've always been semi-high on the systolic number, but all the different docs I've had have said it's fine (can't remember why).

My question is: is this normal? Could it be affected by the extremely salty candy I ate before I went to bed last night (I ate alot)? If I do go to the doctor's and I have a blood test where they see clen running through my bloodstream, are they obliged to report it as it's illegal (I live in norway)?

I appreciate all and any replies I can get!

Thank you.

Did a new measurement now, right after eating a banana (if that is even relevant), and it said 127/92 with a pulse of 52. Now I'm back into the safe-zone on my systolic bp, but my diastolic bp is telling me I'm hypertensive? What's going on here...

Edit: yet another measurement, 168/82, pulse of 53. Caused by me stressing over my bp or is my monitor just fucking whack? I'll go lift and measure more when I come back.
