Tough to be accurate with pictures though...really a body scan is the most accurate; skin fold calipers with multiple sites can do a decent job as well
In the end it's just a number though...if you are happy with how you look that's great
I do the skin fold 3 point myself in the morning after my workout...it averages out to low 11%...just hard to trust this
Cheaply made device....but a good way to keep progress...I've lost 1.5% in the last 3 weeks
