Any advice for a 40-year old with some BHP?
I'm not currently running a cycle. My symptoms are a low bladder stream and that's about it. I was prescribed a med that deduces this, but causes other minor annoying side effects which I can explain if anyone is interested in seminal dynamics! LOL.

Question:

Would anyone recommend running something for this even when not on a cycle? What would that be?

and

What else would you run when on a cycle if you had some BPH?

Any experience?

Low dose daily cialis would be my answer to both scenarios you proposed. It works excellent to relieve the symptoms of BPH with some nice added benefits that go without saying. 5-10mg/day in most cases. Obviously start low and only increase if needed. Id start at a dose and take it for 10-14 days before evaluating the effectiveness and making any increases if needed.

Doctors need to be led by the nose.

Cialis is often very expensive. You might want to order it from RUI (their ad is at the top of the screen). Try the real pharmacy stuff first for a month and then try RUI's. I think you will be happy with the results when you compare and the savings are substantial

Also, Cialis usually offers a free 30-day trial. Go to their website and search for the rebate form. This could save you about $200.

I think the re-approval for treatment of BPH automatically extended this.

Do you get any light-headedness when you stand up quickly from taking Cialis? I had that side effect with the crappy med they first gave me--so I take a low dose or just live with piss poor stream.

Cialis lowers your blood pressure,, you just may have low blood pressure and that's why you get dizzy when standing up too quick

I was taking Tamsulosin and aside from the orthopedic hypotension it gave me retrograde ejaculation. Which is just plain weird. I'd like to have neither. I'm stoked to try Cia and I'm working to get some now. I think my normal BP is pretty good. It ran high when cycling, but nothing too crazy.
