Bulk up diet for 1st timer advice

Hey there guys, this is my very first ever cycle of the juice and i am so excited!!! I am 23 and 6'3, but i only weigh 75 kilos and built like a rake!!! My goal would be to get to 90 kilos or more and put on a lot of muscle! Would anyone have a diet for me to put on this weight?? Bare in mind i am not a naturally big eater. Thankyou so much my new fellow gym junkies!!!

im 6'4 and 275lbs... i was much much bigger then u when i started to do gear...

gear is not a magic pill.. its' not gonna get you big and keep you big.. your diet is gonna do that..

I couldn't agree more with everything these guys have said. When I talk to my friends about bulking, I give them a little run down of foods that will help put some size on you. Here it is; mac&cheese (shit tastes so good it's easy to eat an entire package, which is upwards of 75+ carbs), beans(also really easy to eat more than a serving per meal, high in carbs, and moderate in protein), bread and butter(such a fucking awsome comfort food, pile on that butter and enjoy!), bananas, whole milk(a really stress this one, cause it's easy as hell to drink 16oz of milk, moderate source or protein, carbs, and fat), peanut butter(goes great in weight gainer shakes), white rice, guacamole, cheese, yogurt, seafood (shrimp, lobster, crab, scalops), and peanuts. All of those are solid bulking foods IMO. Eat everything you can get your grubby hands on bro, especially at that weight. In a really short amount of time, the more you eat, the hungier you'll be the sooner.

My gains were stunted for years because I really did not understand
how much food and what food to eat.
