Bulking diet questions

Hey everyone I have a few questions about bulking if anyone would care to look at my information. I have been on dbol test and deca for around 3 weeks now and I have only put on a couple of lbs.
So my question is this right now im currently just trying to figure out the correct amount of cals and I continue to go up as I don't gain weight. So I have been doing some research of various plans and right now im currently at 650 grams of protein 550 carbs and 100 grams of fat. I know that seems like a boat load of protein but I figure why on anabolics the more the better. Anyways ive been doing this for about a week the problem is with my busy work schedule it seems like I only have time for about every other meal to be whole foods so its like meal shake with carbs meal shake with carbs meal shake with carbs. I eat around 9 or 10 meals per day. Of course food choices are basically like oats, yams, potatoes whole wheats. Im bulking so I use skim milk in my shakes. for protein I use lean meats chicken, lean beef, lean pork ect. Fats are almonds and other clean fats.
Im currently 5'10 235 not sure about bodyfat right now but below 15 probably 12 when I started its hard to tell though because the dbol and deca and test bloat a bit. So I guess if I don't start gaining soon just keep adding more calories. im Currently at 5700 cals give or take a few.
Thanks guys.

those macros are rediculous bro.. 650g of protien?? 550g carbs and 100g fats??

first off, how are u getting 650g protien in while only taking in 100g fats?? dont u cook your food?? oil?

with your macros i have you at 5700 calories a day.. and ur not gaining weight???

im calling bullshit on this one...

im 6'4 275lbs and i eat 4300 calories to bulk, and i bulk....

post up a detailed diet..regular day.. let me guess. ur taking in 4-5 shakes a day right???

we have to overhaul this whole thing... its not gonna work for u

I agree with 3J on this one, way too much protein..the fats def. need to go up, I have more in a day then you do and im below 200lbs.

Your going to have to cook your meals in the begining of the week, freeze them if you have too but you cant rely on shakes, food is how you grow. Like J said, your going to have to post up everything before any of us can be a help to you.

thanks for all the replays I will happily and humbly take any critques you have I want to get the most out of this, so yeah I need to eat alot more solid food. ha
but a typical day will be like this.
7:00 wake up with a shake around 75 grams of protein and 24 carbs from the 2 cups of milk
9:00 2 peices of fish and 9 ounces of yams another 45 grams of protein and around 72 carbs
11:00 Shake 75 grams of protein 3 bananas and usually a bagel or brown rice something quick im usually on the road so whatever I can eat quick

1:00 two cans of tuna fish and 9-10 ounces of yams.
3:00 pre workout I do a 100 gram protein shake more yams or potatoes or oatmeal

6:00 post workout shake 100 grams of protein and 3 bananas

7:00 or 8 lean meat 60 grams of protein potatoes or other carbs

9 or 10 Another shake before bed then I usually wake up at 2 or 3 and have 2 or 3 cups of milk.

So thats a typical day I count every source of protein carbs and fat from each meal for example I count the carbs protein and fat in oats when im journaling my food I don't count just protein from protein sources or just the fat from nuts.

So yeah I know I drink alot of shakes its just really fast but I have been hard boiling like 3 dozen eggs and eating the whites that is fast and easy I am going to cook a ton of food tonight or tommarow so I can always have something quick.

the only reason that I eat so much protein is because I was on the ast website and they were talking about the diet of the max ot program and they said to use ratios of 53 percent protein 27 percent carbs and 10 percent fats to try to stay lean as you bulk.

but I just continued to up calories as I wasn't gaining on 5000 so I went to around 6000.

Any suggestions for quick meals thats why I do yams so much because they are so fast. But protein is a little different story.
