Did you have a BF test done???? Or are you just guessing.
If you were 168 @ 6'1 with 20% bodyfat i would have a hard time believing your were benching 275 and squatting 315.
Thats why i would think if those numbers are true you are leaner than you think. Find a professional and do a 7 point skin fold test and get back to us.
