Burn fat off on cycle of test e and clen

Im 23 years old 5' 11"
Weight 198 12 % body fat

Im about to start first cycle of Test E 500mg a week and run Clen posb. with test and with post cycle therapy (pct) or just with pct.

I want to burn off as much fat as i can while bulking on test. I usually eat clean but for the past 7 months i lost my motivation for clean diet and i gained few % of body fat.

I have been eating clean for the past 2 months but im not getting where i want so how much protein, carbs, and fats should i eat? and should i keep it the same when i start my cycle?

My abs are not showing right night and i want then to look nice for the beach.
 
Yeah im def going to do that. I hate going to the gym two times a day though and its still cold as shit here in the morning. But i do that when it gets warm and def works.


Anything on diet? i just cant get my waist and stomach where i want this year
 
just keep eating clean try not to eat any carbs past 6pm
 
protein Sources: eggwhites , ham/beef chicken, fat free milk, salmon.
Carb Sources: oatmeal, yams brown rice
Veg Carb Sources: Caluiflower, Brussels Sprouts, Cucumber, Spinach, Broccoli, Mushrooms.
Fat Sources: Olive Oil ,Canola Oil, salmon, sardines, Avocado Oil, Omega 3 capsules.peanut butter


ur protein should be atleast 200g carbs should be around 175g and fats should be 50g
 
I eat everything you have up there but maybe im timeing it wrong or eat too late.

Breakfast:

Eeather 6 to 8 eggs (4 whole..rest is just whites)
1 cup of oat meal and half of banana or half of orange
I also have 10 to 20 grams of whey protein with that, it depends on how many eggs i eat.

Next meal
(this meal is usually my pre work out which i eat 1:30 to 2 hours before i work out)

Depends on what i have but its eather 40 grams of protein from white chicken meat, tuna, or turkey.
1 cup or more of brown rice, or beens.
Sometimes i just have 4 oz of chicken and drink little whey and eat meduim apple.

Postwork out meal
50 grams of whey prtoein, with eather 40-80 grams of carbs from gatorate, sometimes i have this carb gain that i have which is all carbs no sugar and low on calories. I try to have some sugar here for insilin. but maybe this is my prob?

Next meal:
40 to 60 gramps of prtoein from eather chicken, tune, turkey or salmon.
20-30 grams of brown price or beens.

Last meal:

50 grams of casein protien. Sometimes i have 2% fat cottage chesse, and peanut butter. Is it bad to eat any fats before bad? bc once i start eating peanut butter its hard for me to stop lol.

I also take fish oil, and i have some peanuts or almonds threw out the day but i dont really keep track of how much but its not too much though. It varies or how much i eat of other food
 
Oh i usually eat every 2 to 3 hours. or when im hungry but most of the time its every 2 hours but with school and crap its every 3 hours
 
The content of your diet looks good, and your food timing looks good. I dont calorie count all the time, but you need to every once in a while to make sure your eating for your goal. One of the few biological principles that are not arguable is that to lose fat you have to have a calorie deficit. Other than that, It just takes a while. I was brick shithouse when I was in the Marine Corps, but I fighting every day to knock off this marriage weight. Patients and motivation. hope this helps.
