ok guys and gals my question Is, can I feed of on fat cal, all day and meet my cal, Intake 3,000 and still maintain mass and low bdf %? out of those 3,000 cal, theres 400 grams of pro,the rest is fat..
and to answer your questions.. a cal isn't a cal.. because what causes that cal will effect you in diff ways.. a fat hits your system diff then a protien or a carb... a carb from fiber and a carb from sugar are two very different things..
you could eat a celery stick and actualy take away calories because it takes more to burn then it provides... i call these negative caloric impact foods...
9 am : 9 egg white
1 cup of oatmeal with blueberry
12 pm: 8 oz chicken breast with mrs.dash mrs. dash?
2 pm : cup of brocoli 8 oz steak with mrs.dash 1 spoon of olive oil
4 pm : hole chicken 1 oz. almond
10 oz. dark green salad does this say whole chicken? the macros on a whole chicken are tremendous.. 200g protien.. a whole mesa unwanted fats.. who needs 200g protien in one sitting??
7 pm : 10 oz. chicken breast just that 10oz? your never gonna need that much in one sitting.. im hoping thats raw... drop to 8oz
10 pm : 8 oz. fish switch this with your steak meal.. slower digesting protiens are more benefitical before bed..
and thrughout the day a gallon of water
diet consist of no sodium and no sugar, will it keep me bulked up and ripped shreaded?
