According to the sticky, i should be hitting around 3,600 calories however last couple of days my metabolism has hit the roof and i have been eating 5000 calories plus and lifting even heavier then ever, still eating the right foods like chicken, steak, eggs, lean minced beef, sweet potatoes, veggies, wholemeal bread, peanut butter, cottage cheese, etc....will this just cause more fat or should i listen to my body and eat?

Depends on your goals. Are you bulking? is 3600 your TDEE? or your bulking number? I think eating 1200 over maintenance wont kill you two days in a row but i wouldn't make a habit of it.

my tdee is is 3400 and i usually eat about 5k on my cheat days but thats normally once every couple weeks. Thats when im trying to maintain. If im bulking I try to eat 500 over maintenance.

More importantly what does "your metabolism hit the roof" mean? Are you saying you ate that and didnt gain? or are you saying your hungry all the time so your eating more? Lifting more is a byproduct of eating more. When im bulking all my lifts go up.

Firstly man thanks for the reply, secondly yes i am bulking and i dont mind gaining fat i find it really easy to lose the fat gained from it, my body is designed for shredding fat quickly

I am on test as well and ive heard a lot of people saying that over eating on steroids can be beneficial to some?

My BMR is 2019
I am highl active working out 7 days a week, so i multiplied it by 1.725 to get 3638

However like i said no matter what i eat, whether it be 250g chicken breast with veggies or cajun spiced salmon wholemeal tortillas, sweet potatoes with veggies and chicken, shed loads of peanut butter, beef jerky, cottage cheese just like an hour later i am hungry and wanting to eat again, i drink a shed load of water, infact if i drink anymore the supply will run out lol.
