Can I post a review of a source?

Basically the title is the question. Can I post a review of a source? Probably a stupid question but I would rather ask then just do it.
I ask because if I post a review I will get discounts. I have used them several times before and I like them.
Anyway can someone let me know if I am allowed to post a review that mentions the source within the review. I am trying to read the rules now but this early in the morning my eyes seem to be going cross lol. Or my brain is malfunctioning, IDK

You can review a brand...not a source. If the brand is only sold by one source then no.
