capping bottles

Can anyone help me out with flip capping with 10ml vials. Just wondering if there is cetain steps to follow when doing this. I have 100ml to filter into my vials how many times can i use the 1 filter over and over again?

Capping them is easy. You will need a crimper, some aluminum tops and rubber stopper. You place the rubber stopper into the neck of the vial, place the aluminum seal over that, and use the crimper to seal it all up.

You can also find fold-over stoppers, that have a rubber sleeve that acts as the aluminum seal.

Use the filter until you cant push anything through it.
There is another way of capping without the crimpers if you dont have the $155.00 to blow.
First everything needs to be steralized. The bottle, rubber stomper.
Put the stomper on the filled vial.
Put the cap on top.
Take an ordinary spoons backside and slowly work your way around the cap until you get a niced finished look..

so what stuff should i use to sterilze my bottle and rubber stomper. Can you please give me instruction on the sterlize part.

Just wash them down with some isopropyl alcohol. I let them air dry.
