Right now i'm trying to loose some fat so here's what im doing.

Im getting 75-100grams of carbs aday
off on saturday-eat all i want

but when im on my gear what should be my carb intake without having to worry about getting fat?

Please help on this subject
any advice would be appreciated

more info please. what are your meals? what supps are you currently taking? how many cals? ratios?

are you staying low carb all week and then just eating all you want on the weekend? i'd suggest you cycle your carbs and have clean refeeds - it's better for the leptin levels imo (less cravings) and energy levels.

i'm assuming you mean what is a suitable clean bulking diet when you refer to aas... check the sticky at the top of the page for ideas.

Your brain needs about 120-130 grams of carbs/day to function. I would not go under 200 carbs a day even when I am on a cuting diet...

Taper your cabs throughout the day. Start with a large breakfast and ruduce the carb intake of each consecutive meal. If possible traing with weights early in the day so you can consume your high carb post workout meal earlier in the day. When I cut, generally my last 2 meals of the day are strictly protein or maybe a small salad.
