Hey Guys and Gals,
I have serious carb cravings especially at night just before bed. I tried increasing my daily protein intake and tried eating oatmeal at night to satisfy the cravings but that doesn't work. Oh, and I tried taking a chromium supplement before bed as well. What can I do to suppress these carb fits? It's killing my physique, what's left of it.
