Carb Sources During Cutting....

Just finished bulking, now doing a month of maintnence while I attempt to heal a few injuries then going to cut starting may 1st. Wanted some input on whether I should stick to the staples carb wise (potatoes, oatmeal, quinoa, rice) or should I shift more towards vegetable carbs. I used to eat a boat load of veggies everyday and less traditional carbs but I've fell off a lot and eat mostly the traditional carb sources, which definitely helped me during the bulk with adding size and giving me power for my workout.

I used to count veggie carbs (net carbs) but when I was bulking I ONLY counted traditional carbs and added 20-30 a day estimating veggie carbs. Cutting takes a little more precise calculating.
