just wondering how much cardio should be done if your trying to burn the fat out of your muscles to get more ripped. i have a hard time trying to balance calories and carbs to maintain a good cardio session but still keep the carbs low and protein high to maintain muscle i do a lot of cycling i enjoy it more than weight lifting so i do 11/2-2 hours everyother day how do u get the best of both worlds?? energy to ride a lot but not so many carbs u hold on to fat. just wondering what others do to reach there goals
