ok summer cuzz im tired:
good for protein: WHEY consentrate "if high quality", and ISO-WHEY protein powders.
good for carbs to mix with protein: dextrose, maltodextren.
carbs from food that are nice: rice, whole wheat pasta/bread.
ALSO dont forget about good fats, FAT is also very important!!
fats: fish oil (take 4-8g ed ,pill)
penutbutter (high calorie and good fat)
