Carbs that cause no or less bloat

I suppose soluble fiber???

I would focus on quantity of carbs more than carb type to avoid bloating from the carbs if it were me.

Ok, so I was gonna start shifting macros anyway. My target for carbs was around 330 and fat was 74. So I was gonna drop carbs by 30 and keep fat the same for a few week then drop carbs to about 220 and raise fat to 100.
I eat jasmine rice. Love it.
