i found it beneficial for help with lethargy as well carnitine is great for helping with keeping your heart rate lower while under stress. I use anywhere from 1-3 grams a day. You won't see much help with anything lower than 1-1.5g dose. Again with anything...be sure you are drinking plenty of water. This is just my personal experience.

That being said I can conclude it will help with liver health while on the cycle. Though, I would suggest getting more opinions on that particular aspect as to I am unsure of any substantial effects for antioxidant properties. I have not really researched the full functionality and uses of L-Carnitine in years.
