carpenter without food knowledge help!!

hey guys i am a 180cm male 24 yr of age, weight is about 80 kg varing up and down 5 kg with in a week. I am a builder by trade which means i work intense day in day out 6 days a week. I live in Australia where it is hot and humid as F*$k, i loose lots of fluid on a daily basis but also drink up wards of 4-5 Litres on a daily basis, i have a little brekky, lunch consits of a ham and salad roll with some fruit and some energy drinks. dinner is different daily but usally healthy food like lean chicken, and or red meat. whats some ideas on how to get on some size, with the idea i am in the process of getting on the juice 2nd week.
 
What the fuck is brekky? If it's a pet name for breakfast, it's pretty gay sounding.

You need to have a solid breakfast every day, high in quality protein and complex carbs. Something as simple as eggs and oats.

As far as everything else, you don't really ask a question other than "how to get on some size". Just do a search and browse the threads here, Man. Tons of info
