as long as you want. I personally felt like it had reach a point of diminishing returns after about 6months. I've stopped taking it for 2 weeks and strenth and size are still the same so thats why I came to this conclusion. I've even been eating less and still maintaining size. Doesn't happen like this for me to often so I'm going to enjoy the time off from eating for a week or two more, then its on like donkey kong biatch.
some people load too then maintanence. there is a study posted on here somewhere. also run in between cycles. i will use CEE with halodrol-50 soon 3g pre and 3 post. may use clen also still undecided.
general rule of thumb is no load phase
monohydrate = 5g pre/post workout
CEE = 2-3g pre/post workout (posted by suareezay)
PureCEE can be used year-round.
Since creatine is one of the three sources of energy in the muscle it's a good idea to supplement it. And PureCEE is the best source.
