It would take forever but basically it's a family law custody case and his MO is to push her out of court with money so she has to concede her daughter to him. He has absolutely nothing on her. She does not do drugs not a bad mom none of the things that are usually problems with moms and dads. He is just filing frivilous lawsuits so he can get her in court. In the new lawsuit he made claims and she can prove them wrong but she still has to retain a lawyer to fight it. He was thinking she couldn't get a lawyer and was hoping he would win by default. Now he's trying to come to and agreement out of court. Which proves to me what he's doing. The last time she had to settle and it has gotten us into more problems cause she had to settle for something she didn't want but she had no damn choice. She had no money to keep fighting. It has proven to me seeing it first hand that the court system in my state, SC are really fucked up.

Well im up north, but my teacher graduated from law school in NC im sure the laws are similar if you want me to ask him, i just need to know what type of court the mother is in, and what was the reasoning they gave her for saying she can not defend herself

Yeah, ask your teacher what I can do? I dont have money to hire a federal attorney, but I sure would love to get my credit fixed. I'm proof to everything about this corrupted government. Until it happens to you, you do not see it. Things are not being done properly here at all. Especially when it comes to this fake drug war they have proclaimed.

I've set here an talked about this stuff w/ you guys and it feels so empty cause none of it is going to change. It just will get worse for the lower middle class person. If O.J, Ray Lewis, Victor Conte, Barry Bonds, Snoop, all these people had our money they would all be in jail, and that's a fact. The justice system works for the rich just like Jack said! For any lawyer to see a case like Jacks, assuming he's shooting us straight and I assume he is stright. And see a case like my wife's, how could they allow a person to be treated this way. I know its their job and they have to get paid but to see the justice system that they support fail miserably and they allow it to happen proves the point and that is what I call a crook! Take my money till I have no more and the stop representing me.

I swear on the bible that I am telling the truth about what happened. To this day I am still struggling to put things back together. Fact is they illegally entered my home, stole all my inventory from my business, ruined my credit, and disgraced me with my neighbors. They even went to the gym in full swat gear looking for me and there was never a warrant for my arrest nor a case on me?!?! NOTHING EVER HAPPENED TO ME EXCEPT ALL MY INVENTORY WAS TAKEN AND MY BUSINESS AND CREDIT RUINED TO THIS DAY! Lots more to the story, but thats the facts. I can easily proove it too. Would love a lawyer to have the balls to take my case. I know I would win and as basd as they messed up, I cannot see it even going to court. Worse abuse of power that I have ever witnessed. Nothing I can do, I do not have money to defend myself. Now, if I was charged, I would have been given an attorney for free. Why do you think I never was charged? Terrible country. They act just like the mafia. Illegally entered my home based on an idiots word they arrested for something not even closely related to my business. and I barely knew. Steal my shit, ruin my credit, ruin my reputation, ruin my life for years, and force me to go out of business. My credit is still destroyed from them not doing their jobs. TERRIBLE COUNTRY. When it comes to certain procedures, the federal government here is just as bad as a third world country. I will never forgive this country for that. Supposedly cannot happen here my ass. THE FEDS ARE DICTATORS. THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT AND ARE EXEMPT FROM THE CONSTITUTION. WHEN THEY FUCK UP IT DOESN'T MATTER. YOU HAVE TO BE RICH TO GO AFTER THEM, AND FROM WHAT IUNDERSTAND YOU CAN'T. I have to go after the local Police who brought them in. I just want to be left alone and not hurt anyone or be told how to live my life. The US will not let us do this.
