People need to relax...most these places are on back order of a lot of shit and and very busy. Give them a chance.

maybe you are replying to the order confirmation email and not the email addy you were originally replying too? i just made this mistake recently

try a different email address as mentioned above. some of these places have a couple of them.

ya i just placed an order with them. the day after i did they sent me a email stating they refunded my money . so i replied back asking why my money was refunded???? and they havent replied back since.....

Sounds Like a problem is brewing. There are lots of issues in that industry these days. Good luck how you get your order.
