Chocolate milk Post-workout better than whey, article...

So I found this interesting article (among many others) that promotes low-fat whole chocolate milk over protein shakes as being a better PWO drink. This particular article contests Surge vs. Chocolate milk, but there are many others that talk about chocolate milks benefits; I just like this one because it gives more technical info. Let me know what you guys think about this study, and/or others like it. Thanks for looking!

Well, it doesn't look like many people are interested in this article; I just thought it was interesting and I actually buy chocolate milk instead of protein supplements, I just wanted to know if it's an ok alternative from protein shakes seeing how this article says it is actually very similar, if not, better. Insight, anyone?
 
Ive always heard its better too. Its supposed to have the perfect ratio of protein/carbs.

I use it when I want something sweet and can use the sugars after training.
 
I have been drinking Choc milk and creatine PWO for approx 3 years now. I love it. There are a bunch of MMA doc/coaches that have written about chocolate milk being the better and cheaper way to go compared to other PWO supps out there like surge...

J, what is up with the bagel? From everything I have read, its not a BAD call its just not as fast of an absorbing carb as other things...?
