Choice of watter

So i heard sevral time to vary the quality ( not only the band) of the watter i need.

so... independtly of my diet what could make wrong to stay always with same watter.

i heard pretty bell's sound but nothing reliable as an advice on web.

and realy i prefer to have it from BB.

So thanx in advance for you advice!
 
my guess is that u r trying to standardize your diet. if i could i would eat almost all my fat from partially incubated duck embryo. i would eat all my starch from oats. i dunt think I would eat anything else every single day for the rest of my life. ill give u my example :) comments on eating same watter: eating like this will allow u fine tune your caloric intake and fractions that brings consistancy in your diet. u knw that ur not overeating or undereating when on your regimen.

80% of the human body is made from watter. so to vary the way you ingest it, could a great effect on all, diet cycle, way of life.

i do not feel nothing bad from my watter, diet, way of life... just wanted to know, which point am i supposed to care about to choose a watter more than a other.

So, which mineral have to vary in concentration to make a watter better to sportifs than a other. NO, CL, CA, etc...
