clen and running (as in the sport)

hi, ive recently started running (2mo's) lookin to cut some fat off. about 5 days ago i started takin clen, following the standard 2,2,2,3,3,3 pyrimid (eventually 4 and 5 maybe 6 butim still on day 5)
and ive noticed that i CANT RUN! im drinking plenty of water, im urine is clear 100% of the time, cept for the wake up piss. im stretching the same, or more, and about 5 minutes into my run, my legs are burning soo bad i have to stop, they even cramped real bad the other day so i didnt run for a couple. the burn is below my calf, a couple inches above my ankle, theyre not shin splints. any runners can give advice on this? if it keeps happening im just gonna do the eliptical machine until my 3 week cycle is done. thanks!
 
I am not a runner but I am an endurance athlete and do alot of work on the track. I had a similar problem with cramping in my arms and shoulders.
It was remedied with taurine 1.5g a day and I started drinking cranberry juice but think it must have been the taurine that made the dif. I also spent a little longer warming up.

Your lactic threshold will also go up as will your max pulse so you might be better at sprints careful though as your bloodp will probably also have gone up.
 
I've never used clen either, but I think that I've read about that side effect of clen.

You might try taking a magnesium/calcium supplement a few hours before you run. Maybe that'll help with the lactic acid & muscle cramps.

Or you could always just drop the clen and go with ECA. I run on ECA all the time and never have any problems.
 
Definitely get some Taurine. It will help you out immensely. If you can find the powder, get the powder. It's very inexpensive as well.
I use to get brutal cramps when I ran when I was using Clen. I supplemented with extra potassium, Taurine and doubled my water intake. Do you only get them when you run or do you get them in your sleep too?
I use to get them in my sleep too and shit did they hurt!!!
Seriously, pick up some Taurine. A teaspoon a day will do wonders for you.:)
 
my buddy cramped up really badly on the bball court to the point where i was a little nervous from clen. I personally would not run it when doing strenuous running or sports, taurine or no taurine, personlly i don't like the stuff for that reason.
 
it only happens when im running. i just started about a month ago also (running) so i went to see the doc today and they said im probably over working that achillies area, the tendons and stuff, so i should take some motrin and cut the running fora while, then build back to it.

is Taurine something i can pick up at GNC, or at a local shop?
 
I use clen regularly. I used to supplement with potassium, magnesium, taurine, lots of water, but while on clen I simply cannot run. 300 meters and I'm done, my legs are like wood. It's not simply cramping, it's impossibility of walking.
No way for me, while on clen I do not run, and I barely walk for long.
But anyway I lose weight...
If you want to run go with ECA, bro.
 
running isnt that important to me, its mostly jus tsomethig to do for exersize and to try and cut. so ill just cut out the running until im done with my 3 week first cycle (only bought 60 pills this time) ... then ill start running again and maybe in a few months try to hit some more clen if it yeilds good results
 
I was always under the impression that you were not supposed to run at all while being on clen or EC due to increased heart rate. I've ran on EC and my heart rate was pushing 200. I would just walk op or eat a few hundred cals less and stop the cardio.

Drink some Gatorade get some elctolyts. Waters great but if your sweating a lot you might need some of that potassium and sodium and other shit
