i just got 100 T-3 and a 100 clens and im not shore if i really wanna take them. I just wanted some opinions about the sides vers the benifits. I was just thinking of getting rid of them and getting some zantrex-3, xedrine or some hydroxiecut , are clens and T-3 really what they are all hyped up to be because if they are i have a lot of bodyfat to loose and i am currently running 650mg of test Eth a week and i will be throwing 100mg of winstrol a in shortly.
 
a nother question i read a while back that when you come off clen and t-3 it slows your matabalizm
 
What's your current bf %?

The reason I ask, is that if you're not even down to 12%, I can't understand why you'd need to bring out "the big guns" like T3/clen...

If you have what are you thinking of taking?

A non-suppressive dose of T3 (12.5mcg) day may be good to start and stay at. If results are not what you are looking for, you might want to try and pyramid your dose of T3. However, make sure you CYLE it and READ on how to cycle T3. This stuff is nothign to play with. Serious side effects such as temporarily (as well as permanently) shutting down your thyroid is not worth losing a couple pounds imho. Also, if your thyroid is temporarily "out-of-service" you are pretty much screwed. You will begin to store body fat and a nice rapid rate. ALso, T3 (triidothyronine) and T4 (thyroxine, the other major thyroid hormone) control all metabolic activities in your body. Your metabolism isnt just how fats you burn off cals, its the speed at which your entire body works at. every cell's metabolic activity in your body is controlled by thyroid hormones, so be safe.

Clen- I actually like clen. the first 2 weeks it honestly didnt do anything for me, but once i started my second 2 weeks of clen (you are suppose to cycle it, i do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with NYC in my off period) i really started to burn up and started to drop the weight.

But remember, no matter what drugs you decide to use, diet IS the key. if i wasnt dieting while on the clen and T3, i would not have lost the 16lbs that i did.

Also, you might wanna stay on a good Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) such as Anavar (var), tren, Winstrol (winny), or boldenone while cutting to maintain muscle. hope this helps somewhat
 
thanx man, i do some resurch but shit gets a little to deep for me to understand(ADD) i begain to loose myself, you basicly sumed it up. and for my diet, it is pretty good- no carbs im workin on it, it isint easy for a guy who never had a good eating habbit.
 
Yeah bro if you are way off of 12-15%body fat I would honestly say to just use some hydroxycut, I have used clen and t 3 and yes they work, but I think the sides are a bit much.
 
i remember reading a thread on this baord about T3 actually being more detrimental to the muscle in lean individuals <10% bf
 
Hey guys just want to know Im 6'4" and im weighing in at 270lbs right now at about 12-15 % bf and i have been clean for 3 years before that I did about 4-5 cycles they were mainly bulking with test sustenon and deca and now I want to lean out. I eat pretty clean and Ive cleaned up my diet I was at 285 i've lost 15 lbs with xenadrine and now its time to use my gear that I have for now I have winstrol, anavar,clen, and t3. Is there anyone that can tell me how to use this combination to get lean and no lose my muscle mass. Im thinking of gh too but Im not financially ready for that now.
